The first thing we ask people to check is that they are holding up the USB module to the correct part of the Ultra-Lap timer when they are down[/b]loading. The USB module should be held up to the small hole next to the PC Icon on the face of the Ultra-Lap timer. Here is a step by step list of how to download your information. 1.) Start the Ultra-Lap download program 2.) Make sure you have the correct version selected (In your case, it would be version 2.XX) 3.) Make sure the COM port you have selected is correct 4.) Start the download program by pushing the button (you will be able to tell if it has started when a button lights up that says "cancel download") 5.) Go to menu 20 "Transfer laps to PC" on your Ultra-Lap timer 6.) Hold the USB module in front of the hole on the face of the lap timer (3-5 inches away) and press select on the lap timer After doing this, the green bar on the computer screen should begin to fill up and after it does, you will get a message saying that the download has completed. We hope this answers your question, but if not please feel free to contact us and we'll see if we can help you out.
